About RSD Polymers

We are a professionally managed company incorporated in 2008 and started manufacturing & selling of our polymer in 2009. We have range of products catering wide spectrum of industry such as water treatment, ceramic & tile, textile processing, detergent & cleaning, paint & pigments, paper making, oil field, sugar processing etc.

Our product line includes carboxylate polymers particularly low mol. Wt. variety of monomers majorly acrylates like acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, maleic anhydride, acrylamide etc are used to synthesize these polymers. apart from these some of the specialty monomers like AMPS, TBA, polythenglycol acrylates etc. are also used in the manufacturing process. Our polymers are used to deliver key performance in various industrial applications like scale inhibition in water treatment industry (cooling towers and RO’s), disaggregating and grinding aid in ceramic industry, dispersing and chelating agent in textile industry, soil anti redeposition aid and performance improver in detergent and cleaners, deflocculating agent in paint and pigment slurries, antiscalant and dispersants in paper, antiscalant and mud drilling aid in oil field, scale inhibitors in sugar evaporators.

The plant and process is designed to obtain low mol. Wt polymers having narrow distribution of mol. Wt. with consistent quality. The whole production process is digitally controlled by customized software with the help of various censors and controlling equipments in order to avoid all human interference and errors. Starting from issuing raw material till completion of production everything is done automatically. The plant is equipped with various kind of material handling equipments to ensure safe and efficient movement of different packing like Carbouys, drums, IBC and tankers.
